Found the Bee-B-Gone and with 200,000 Coins can claim the 13th Lot, The Sunny Lot.

Unlock Twin Sunflower which makes twice the Sun of a regular Sunflower.

The Sunny Lot contains a Level 5 Summer House, which costs 18,000 ZB and 16 hours Build Time.

Reclaiming The Chilly Lot


Unlock Chilly Peppers which blasts and freeze an entire path of zombies.

The Chilly Lot contains a Level 5 Small House, which costs 14,500 ZB and 12 hours Build Time, and a Treasure Chest which contains 3 Chilly Peppers and some ZB.

Reclaiming the Fitness Lot

The Fitness Lot contains a Level 5 Summer House, which costs 18,000 ZB and 16 hours Build Time, a Treasure Chest which contains 3 Dynamites, and 2 Planter Boxes.



To travel to the next Map, you will need 4 Friends or pay 340 Gems (85 Gems each).

Unlock Bamboo Shoot.
After completing this Level, you can claim the 10th Lot, the Bamboo Lot by paying 100,000 Coins.

Reclaiming the Bamboo Lot

The Bamboo Lot comes with a Level 5 Small House which you need 14,500 ZB to repair it and 12 hours of Build Time.

There is also a Treasure Chest which contains 1 Lawnmover and something else (possibly some Coins or ZB; it was too quick for me to notice what exactly).
