Found the Stick and with 150,000 Coins can claim the 12th Lot, The Chilly Lot.

Reclaiming The Chilly Lot


Unlock Chilly Peppers which blasts and freeze an entire path of zombies.

The Chilly Lot contains a Level 5 Small House, which costs 14,500 ZB and 12 hours Build Time, and a Treasure Chest which contains 3 Chilly Peppers and some ZB.
